If you subscribe to our newsletter in the website footer, we collect your first name, last name and email address, and use them only to send you news and offers from Penta Motor Group Pty Ltd and its subsidiaries. The form also sends us the page you subscribed from and any campaign information from your visit (for example, the advert that brought you to the site).

The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person rather than an automated program is submitting it. To do this, Cloudflare processes your IP address and technical information about your browser.

We use double opt-in: you are added to our mailing list only once you have confirmed that you want it. After you subscribe, we send you an email with a confirmation link. If you do not confirm, you will not receive the newsletter.

If our mailing platform cannot take your subscription at that moment, your name, email address, the page you subscribed from and any campaign information are emailed instead to the team that manages our website and mailing list. We will then ask you by email to confirm, and add you to the list only once you do.

Our mailing list is held by Brevo, our email marketing platform, which processes your details on our behalf and only on our instructions. Brevo is based in France and stores your details in the European Union, where the General Data Protection Regulation gives protection substantially similar to the POPI Act.

Every newsletter contains an unsubscribe link. You can unsubscribe at any time, and we will stop sending you the newsletter. You can also ask us to remove you by contacting us at the details below. Subscribing to the newsletter is separate from any enquiry you make: unsubscribing does not stop a dealership from responding to an enquiry you have sent.

Your personal information may be shared with:

Attribution data recorded against an enquiry is treated separately from cookies. When you submit an enquiry, we record the campaign or referral information associated with that visit as part of your enquiry, so that we know which of our advertising or referral sources produced it. This forms part of the enquiry record rather than device tracking, it is covered by the consent described above, and it applies regardless of your cookie preferences.

For the duration of your visit this information is held in session storage in your browser, which is cleared automatically when you close the tab. Storing the same information in a longer-lived cookie is a separate matter and is governed by your marketing cookie choice. Changing that choice removes the cookie; it does not remove campaign information already recorded against an enquiry you have submitted.
