4 reasons why the facelifted Volvo XC60 rocks

The updated 2022 Volvo XC60 – which went into production at the end of May and launched in South Africa in the fourth quarter of 2021 – includes several features that make this model the most intelligent one ever.

Here are four of our favourite features of this new sport utility vehicle (SUV):

1. It comes with a brand-new Digital Services package

Thanks to this Digital Services package, drivers and passengers have access to Google apps and services, which offer hands-free help with Google Assistant, best-in-class navigation through Google Maps and a broad offer of native in-car apps via Google Play. Volvo Car Group is the first car company to team up with Google on integrating an infotainment system powered by Android with Google apps and services built-in.

2. It is kind to animals

The new XC60 will boast new interior materials – and even luxurious leather-free options. These include cloth, suede and faux-leather options.

3. It has a tweaked exterior

A number of subtle refinements have been made to the exterior design, including a new grille, new front bumpers, and new exterior colour and wheel options.

4. It excels in the safety department (like all Volvos)
